Fitness classes

Ignite:

Prepare to embark on a fun full-body workout during this one hour class!  We will strengthen our major muscle groups while learning safe and effective movements with the goal of being able to recreate these exercises outside of class.  Each class will consist of a challenging sequence of exercises using dumbbells, resistance training, body weight exercise and core work.  

Active Stretch: 

Tone your major muscle groups while increasing your flexibility and improving your recovery time from workouts.  This class complements other more cardio-based workouts by working on flexibility in your muscles and joints through slower-paced and purposeful movement.  These sequences of controlled movements will challenge you with the goal of improving flexibility, muscle tone and balance.  We will end with a short breathwork sequence to quiet our mind and body to start the day refreshed!  

Tai-Chi: 

The art of Tai-Chi combines with the essence of community. Our classes feature graceful and fluid movements designed to enhance your energy levels, stamina, and overall health.Immerse yourself in the gentle flow of Tai-Chi, and experience the transformative power of this ancient practice.

Yoga:

Your unique yoga journey begins! Immerse yourself in a sanctuary of well-being as our certified instructors guide you through personalized yoga sessions for all levels.
